As a coach, I would describe myself as conscious, energetic, and collaborative. I often tell my clients that having a coach doubles their brainpower. Like a computer with extra processing capabilities, the access to additional perspectives helps people to see solutions they didn’t know existed. When different perspectives are explored, new and exciting breakthroughs occur.   I’m a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) with the designations of Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, and COR.E Leadership Dynamics Specialist. I also hold a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University.    My passion for coaching comes from my desire to help others achieve goals they didn’t think were possible. I do this by drawing on my 25 years of experience in the field of Organizational Development working in the entertainment, finance, and healthcare industries. I pride myself on helping others get better results with less stress. In fact, helping clients remove the stress that blocks creative energy is one of the core principles of my coaching process. I have helped clients navigate difficult conversations, build effective teams, broaden their professional network, apply new leadership methods, and enhance their leadership presence.    I’m a life-long New Yorker. When I’m not coaching, I like to spend time with my family and pursue my passions for music, photography, and martial arts.
