Two amazing dogs own me and bring me so much joy!  I LOVE nature and hiking, growing vegetables & cooking healthy food, listening and moving to music, being artistic and creative and having deep conversations with friends and ex-strangers (no longer being a stranger after connecting in a deep conversation). I absolutely love being around kids--of all ages.

I am an ACC certified coach with ICF and a BS in psych and marketing. The rest of my education includes volumes of life experience, personal growth adventures, several self-employment journeys and additional certification and learning in massage therapy, early childhood education, nonviolent communication, mindfulness, movement/dance, nature-based approaches, crafts and writing.

Past work lives include nonprofit coordinator, business & marketing consultant, crafter/business developer, childcare teacher/director, massage therapy, career development, trainer, lots of volunteer work--dog rescue, nonprofits, neighborhood associations and the list goes on. . . .I’m officially a multipotentialite.  I’ve worked with kids to adults, facilitating learning experiences that offer opportunities for growth, connection and fun.
