I have worked in the private and public sectors, with domestic and international organizations. In supporting the design and implementation of business and organizational transformation efforts, I have supported a broad range of senior executive leadership teams to enhance integration, decision-making and business performance. I serve as a coach and advisor to senior executives, help to on-board and develop new CEOs and act as a human capital advisor to incumbent CEOs. My senior executive and CEO succession practice is international in scope. I consult at the board level. Before joining Hay Group in 1993, I was a research associate in a Boston-based consulting firm specializing in Total Quality Management. Prior to that, I served for five years as an Israeli Navy officer and military psychologist practicing in the areas of human factors engineering. Specialties: Senior executive level talent management (executive and CEO succession and career pathing against mission critical roles), senior executive team development, high stakes executive assessment and coaching.
