Rose Hendricks provides coaching, consulting, and facilitation services to support leaders and teams as they live their potential and enhance their positive impact. Rose’s purpose is helping people develop vision, lead with clarity, and manage change in order to meet the world’s great need for their elevated leadership. Her core values of curiosity and growth guide her practice. She often works in collaboration with Leadership at Play.

As a lifelong student of change processes, Rose studied change at the macro level in undergraduate school, obtaining a B.A. in History at Grinnell College. After college, her fascination with growth and change processes led her to work in a rapidly growing company in the private sector. This corporate experience solidified her passion for supporting growth and change processes with individuals, teams, and especially leaders. She pursued an M.A. from Prescott College focused on leadership education, human development, learning design, and organizational development. She has worked to create the conditions for purposeful growth and positive change ever since. She continues to feed her love of learning as a member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean, Affiliate of Harvard Medical School.

Rose works with a wide range of clients from those operating locally and regionally in the greater Yellowstone area to organizations and individuals operating in the national and global context.

Rose has made her home in the Teton Mountains since 2008. Along with her husband Ty (a committed rock climber, father, and retired business owner) and two sons, she enjoys the peace, beauty, and adventure the mountains offer. She can also be found playing fiddle in several local bands and appreciating the vibrant community of humans who call Teton Valley home.
