Sarah’s personal philosophy is  - that with a sense of curiosity and an open mindset to what to life has to offer - that everyone can flourish, be successful and have a career with meaning and purpose. She is passionate about working with the unique strengths that her customers already have and building on those to achieve goals that they never thought possible. She is passionate about helping people identify their barriers, get unstuck and shift their thinking to allow them to step forward into their future. Her purpose is to help people fly at work! 

As a coach, Sarah’s areas of speciality include:

Sarah is an unashamed optimist, with an open, encouraging and intuitive style. Her personal blend of humour, practicality and positivity brings honesty and pragmatism to her approach and creates an environment of safety and trust. This allows for the coaching process to unfold and for her customers to settle in to do the deep work. 

As an avid learner, Sarah is always striving to develop her multiple skills and knowledge. This has recently resulted in completion of a Certificate in Applied Neuroscience, which adds another lens through which the customer can view their strengths and challenges. 

In addition to personal coaching, Sarah supports Leaders, Teams and Individuals to develop Capacity, Culture and Capability in an organisational context. With a 20+ year career delivering contemporary People and Culture services in both for profit and for purpose organisations, Sarah is uniquely placed to support both business and individuals with services that drive peak performance whilst creating the space for people to be happy and fulfilled at work.
