With a background in public relations and communications, Shelli has more than 25 years of experience helping leaders find their authentic voice, connect with others more effectively, and communicate with more confidence and impact. Shelli brings her whole self to coaching including years as a business leader and manager. Most of all, Shelli is a profoundly committed partner in each client’s unique journey of growth and change.

Shelli received her coach training from Rice University through the Doerr Institute’s CoachRice program and is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. She is an award-winning public relations and communications leader with extensive experience as both a practitioner and consultant. In addition to holding leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, Shelli is also a licensed attorney and a successful entrepreneur who has launched two companies.

Shelli is certified in several individual and team assessments, including the EQ-i 2.0 Workplace, Leadership and EQ 360; Everything DiSC Workplace, Management and Work of Leaders; the Six Team Conditions and Team Diagnostic Survey; and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.

When Shelli’s not at work, you can find her in the garden restoring a native woodland or on a nature-inspired adventure with her husband and two dogs.
