Shoko is a women’s leadership coach and facilitator in the US and Asia.  She has successfully guided many professionals to their next level of career achievement in the global organizations.   She specializes in multicultural and/or minority female professionals and leaders.

Shoko brings more than 20 years’ experience as a proven global leader in Fortune 100 healthcare and financial companies, including American Express and Aetna. She shares her hands-on experience in talent acquisition, leadership development and team building in multi-cultural environments.  Known as a change agent, she paved the way as the first woman from American Express Japan to take leadership roles outside the country as she worked in Hong Kong, London and NY. 

She is ACC by International Coach Federation and ACE Certified Coach.  She holds an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.
