Silke Janz has over 20 years of experience in leadership development and coaching. In her career, she has served both as internal and external leadership coach and consultant. She has partnered with universities, Fortune 500 companies, private companies, and US government agencies, helping leaders lead more effectively in a complex world. 

Silke brings a unique combination of experiences, including deep leadership development expertise, emotional intelligence, and cross-cultural experience. She helps leaders increase their ability to deliver results, influence without authority and manage up, clarify their purpose and values, and improve employee engagement and work culture.

Silke’s coaching approach is distinguished by her application of evidence-based leadership practices. Key elements of her process are deep discovery, caring confrontation, experimentation, and reflection. Silke challenges and supports her clients to get out of their comfort zone and develop their full potential.

Silke holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education from the Pädagogische Hochschule Freiburg, Germany. She is a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach and Professional Certified Coach, accredited by the International Coach Federation. Silke has a number of certifications, including Profilor 360, Hogan assessments, DiSC, MBTI, Emotional Intelligence and Diversity, and Conscious Business Coaching. She is fluent in English, Italian, is a German native speaker and speaks French.
