Simon Lee is Managing Partner and Master Executive Coach of BRIEF Academy. He is also an EMCC Global Accredited Master Practitioner and Mentor|Coach Supervisor.  He is one of Asia’s pioneer executive coaches specializing in Higher Ground Leadership development and Solution Focused Brief Coaching. He has over 25 years of business management experience with P&L responsibilities including sales, customer service, product management and quality control. Simon`s extensive and broad-based corporate experience spreads across the Information Technology, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Storage and Professional Services Industries.

Some of his senior level leadership roles included being Asia Pacific Director of Engineering at Quantum Corporation, Head of Customer Services for Knight Ridder Financials and Lucent Technologies in Asia and Country Services Manager at Digital Equipment Singapore.

Simon has presented internationally on BRIEF coaching practice, Appreciative Inquiry and Solution Focused interventions across many cultures. He has also trained more than 10,000 managers and senior leaders on strength-based coaching and appreciative leadership.

Some of his recent coaching assignments include executive coaching for CEOs and Heads of Department, team coaching for senior management, integrated talent coaching program for high potentials and leadership coaching skills for General Managers. Simon has done work in Japan, Thailand, China, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Canada and Egypt.

He is a Faculty Member of SolutionSurfers, Switzerland (ICF ACTP Program) and Faculty Member of the Centre for Brief Coaching International (University of Toronto), Approved Supervisor and Senior Associate Examiner for the Canadian Council of Professional Certification (Certified Solution Focused Coach) Program. He is also a Certified Coach in Stakeholder Centered Coaching by Marshall Goldsmith and a Higher Ground Leadership Certified Coach by The Secretan Centre.
