My previous experiences as a clinician, educator, manager, and executive in acute care, community care, and public health support my coaching practice.  These experiences and 20 years of coaching allow for creating a trusted space and meaningful conversations.  I hold an Associate Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation and coach individual leaders and leadership teams.
