Stefanie Voss is a German based internationally experienced keynote speaker, workshop facilitator and business coach. She applies her knowledge and talent in accompanying clients to further develop their communication and leadership capabilities. With profound experience in workshop conceptualization and event design, she also offers team coaching and organizational development programs, particularly in diverse and intercultural settings.

She has a marketing and business administration background and has gained international project management and leadership experience in Europe, the U.S. and Latin America. She worked for the Bayer group for 15 years, her last position being a department head in corporate communications. In 2009 she started her own business and has since been booked by international corporations, small businesses and the public sector alike all across Europe and occasionally also overseas.

Her client list is very diverse and includes many DAX-rated companies. In the past years, she has worked for Allianz, Audi, Bayer, BASF, Continental, Exxon, Heidelberg Cement, Mercury Marine, Nespresso, Pfizer, Roche, Shiseido, Thyssenkrupp, Volkswagen and many others.

During her mid twenties, Stefanie took a sabbatical year and circumnavigated the world crewing on a 66-foot sailing yacht. She is married and has two children. She is fluent in German and English and also speaks French and Spanish very well.
