Terry is an Executive and Leadership Coach and author of Winning the Game of Work: Career Happiness and Success on Your Own Terms (available on Amazon).

Prior to becoming a full-time Certified Professional Coach in 2017 she was a long-time marketing executive in financial services. She has also worked in publishing and conference services in large corporate and start-up environments.

Terry was part of the Senior Leadership Teams in her corporate roles and regularly advised and partnered with senior leadership in a variety of functional areas to support business objectives. Terry has a BA in Economics from The College of William & Mary, an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Certificate in Organizational Leadership in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Rice University. She lives in suburban Chicago.
