With over 12 years’ experience as a CEO, Tim is an accomplished executive, with a strong history of increasingly responsible, results oriented experience in the U.S., Brazil, Latin America and internationally, at leading multinationals such as Novartis, Bacardi limited, Anheuser-Busch International, Philip Morris International, CPC International and Unilever.  Tim held a number of positions in business development, marketing, product management and sales throughout his successful career.

As a certified coach, senior consultant and facilitator for over 10 years, Tim specializes in providing solutions and coaching to top-level executives in industry-leading companies.  Tim believes that people are at the root of every business success and the key to improving the bottom line. His years as a CEO allow him to understand the demands and expectations of this level.

Tim is the founder and Managing Partner of Efficax Consulting, an executive coaching and consulting firm in the Tampa, FL. area.  He is also an Associate Partner at Axialent, a global consulting firm focused on leadership development and change management, and a Senior Partner at KC&D, a management consulting firm in Brazil, focused on strategy and strategy execution.  He specializes in providing solutions and coaching to top-level executives in industry-leading companies.

Tim is a certified executive coach by the International Coach Federation (PCC), The Hudson Institute of Coaching of Santa Barbara and the Integrated Coaching Institute (ICI).  He is certified for Hogan, LSI, CCL 360 Portfolio, MBTI, WPB5, among others. 

He is also an Adjunct Professor of leadership, strategy and marketing at graduate business schools and a dedicated Board member. 

Tim has an MBA in Finance / International Business from New York University (Stern School of Business) and a BS in Economics / Operations Management from Lehigh University.  Tim is fluent in Portuguese and has working knowledge of Spanish and French.
