For over a decade now, I have devoted myself to the art of executive life coaching, helping ambitious and driven adults who are at personal crossroads to transition to a new, empowered version of themselves. My journey as a coach started with my own personal growth and development, and it quickly turned into a gift and a calling to help others create and follow their own unique road maps.

With over 200 coaching sessions and seven years of experience coaching for a top professional development and training company, I have developed my skills in creating projects, achieving measurable goals, keeping commitments, and transforming lives in areas important to my clients. My work has also inspired me to launch my company, Defy the Predictable.

Prior to coaching, I spent 20 years in marketing communications, delivering actionable and impactful results for for-profits, non-profits, and individuals. My consultative approach, first-rate service history, and positive no-nonsense attitude have all been invaluable in my work as a life coach.

I am a lifelong learner with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Master of Arts in Applied Communication Theory and Methodology, both from Cleveland State University and a coaching certification from Coach Training EDU (an ICF approved program). My focus on vitality, authenticity, integrity, and purpose helps me empower individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals with confidence and purpose.
