I'm a Coach and trainer in the Agile and Business areas, supporting individuals, teams, and organizations.
My 25-year professional experience initially focused on software development projects; then, once I became a Coach, the focus shifted to agile and digital transformation. Mainly in the areas of Digital Media, Telecommunications, then Insurance, and Banking.
I have a credential at the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as PCC. In addition, my credentials in Agile are provided by Scrum Alliance (CSP-SM, CAL1, CSPO) and ICAgile as ACC (Agile Coaching Certification), body language, and facial micro-expressions analyst. Finally, NLP Practitioner.
In 2018 I joined the project "TCH - The Coaching Hub" with a group of people passionate about Coaching and Training.
I think that once being aware of it, on a personal and corporate level, it is possible to improve daily adapting to change.
For this reason, as a Coach, I work on processes, dialogues, and interactions, or on the paths that allow us to remove the barriers between ideas and results.

In 2019 I supported the Agile transformation of an Italian bank, part of one of the largest groups in the business.
In 2020 I supported a big insurance company in its transformation.
In 2021 and 2022, I'm focusing on the Pharmaceutic area.
