Diverse experience defines my career, encompassing training, coaching, mentoring, and the design and management of cutting-edge learning journeys, for which I also serve as a supervisor for mentor coaches at imaginary institute. 

Since 2016, I have played a significant role in the success of the Apple Foundation Program in Italy by working closely with stakeholders, institutions, and mentors. Currently, I am supporting the training and Continuous Professional Development of mentors across the global network of Apple Developer Academies.

Additionally, during my time as an adjunct professor at the University Suor Orsola Benincasa, I've developed methods to effectively teach computer science to humanities students, leveraging the latest evidence-based research.

My journey is underpinned by a Ph.D. in Engineering with a focus on Network Systems, complemented by a continuous commitment to interdisciplinary education. This dynamic path has nurtured my international and intercultural expertise, shaping my unique approach to personal and professional development.

I select and employ a diverse array of models, approaches, and strategies to optimize success, with a strong focus on developing human potential and fostering teamwork. My academic background equips me with a profound grasp of interconnectedness and system dynamics, which I apply to enhance the effectiveness of my coaching and mentoring initiatives.

I am also one of the founder of the QuiCoaching project, offering coaching services in Italy since 2018.
