I am a business school faculty at Simon Fraser University, with 15+ years of experience developing and coaching leaders. I teach leadership in three MBA programs at the Beedie School of Business - the Executive MBA, the Management of Technology MBA, and the part-time MBA. I also teach leadership and change in executive education. I have published papers on mentoring, coaching, and leadership in peer-reviewed journals such as the Academy of Management Annals, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and the International Journal of Human Resource Management. I have a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Boston University and Master’s in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard.
