Lila has a background in executive coaching, focusing on leadership capability development. She holds two master’s degrees, one in Commerce and the other in Human resources from Indian Universities. She is also a research scholar in the Fellow Program in Human Resource Management at the Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad, India.

She has nearly three decades of industry experience. Her career began in corporate and consulting spaces in talent acquisition, talent assessment, and now leadership capability building through coaching.

With a passion for learning about people and culture, Lila has coached individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including America, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

Her coaching experience is further highlighted by her work with a diverse range of clients, including CXOs, VPs, directors at established companies, leaders in multinational companies, experienced managers in leadership positions, and first-time managers. She has widely worked in a variety of industries including Technology, ITES, Big Four consulting, FMCD, FMCG, Textile, Automobile, Pharmaceutical, Retail, and Non-profit organizations. She has used various assessment tools in her coaching practice, such as Hogan assessments, Harrison Assessments, Thomas Profiling Disc, Gallup Strength Finder, Sosie, and 360 assessments.

She is a certified coach by Erickson Coaching International, a Marshall Goldsmith stakeholder-centered coach & a PCC Credentialed coach by the International Coaching Federation. She is an Advanced Hogan assessment assessor and Certified in Cultural Orientations Framework Leading and Coaching Across Cultures.

Her extensive experience and diverse roles have contributed to her effectiveness as a leadership capability development coach.

She is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, near New Delhi in India.
