Dr. Michelle Harcha has served the veterinary profession for over thirty-five years. She currently owns LeadYourShip, LLC, a consulting and coaching company that specializes in teaching leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and The Work of Byron Katie.

During her veterinary career, Michelle practiced small animal medicine and surgery, worked for Hill’s Pet Nutrition, and served as Director of Professional Development Education at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine.

She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach and a Board Certified Coach. She resides in Grove City, Ohio, with her yellow lab, “Colby”.
