Rob Berg is principal executive coach at Supren Advisors, a firm dedicated to helping consulting professionals to become exceptional advisors. He works primarily with high potential consultants to help them develop more meaningful client relationships, have greater impact, and enjoy more fulfilling careers. 

In the course of his work, Rob encourages his clients to conduct themselves and their practices in a manner that makes them exceptional by unabashedly bringing their unique sensibilities to the work they do. Over the past fifteen years, he has worked with hundreds of individuals and their organizations to help them to flourish while being integral to the growth and development of one of the most respected consulting firms in the industry.

As a result of working with Rob, consultants report they feel far more productive yet less overwhelmed by the daily demands of their challenging careers, all while experiencing a greater sense of purpose from the work they do.

He holds a master’s degree in management and leadership from Western Governors University and is a graduate of Stanford University’s Advanced Project Management program. In addition, he is a Certified Executive Coach and holds the ICF Associate Certified Coach designation.
