As a board director, executive advisor, coach, mentor, and a veteran CEO in the energy industry with longstanding experience in business start-ups, mergers, turnarounds, governance, and operations, I am using my years of experience to help CEOS and their companies navigate the challenges of growth in themselves and their companies. I have spent most of the last decades working at the crossroads between traditional industries such as energy production, and rapidly emerging technologies including digital assets. This experience gives me a unique perspective that can help others see and address the issues that arise in complex environments.

During my career, I have held positions as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer in both public and private companies. I have managed energy and technology companies in addition to leading regulatory and legislative efforts at federal, state, and local levels. I also have extensive experience in managing non-profit organizations as co-founder, board member, and chairman of the board. As well, I have chaired finance, governance, safety, and development committees. In recent years, I have been able to apply my experience to startups, sustainable energy, fintech, the digital asset space, and blockchain technology.
