Sheena Bailey is an ICF MCC credentialed coach and qualified coach supervisor.  She is also a registered Mentor Coach with the ICF (UK Chapter and Global ICF) and a full member of the Association for Coaching (MAC), a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI) and a qualified Mediator registered with the International Mediation Institute. 

 

She has worked for over 25 years within both the public and private sector, with a successful track record in delivering transformational change in organisations both as an Organisational Development consultant and Executive Coach to senior leaders and clinicians. 

 

Sheena now works freelance and has a private practice offering Executive Coaching, Coach Supervision and Mentoring for Credentialing, Facilitation and Coach Development and Coaching-style Mediation. She is a generative coach who works systemically, incorporating within her approach Clean Language and symbolic modelling skills, Neuro-linguistic programming, applied neuro-science; Constellations’ practices and a wide range of psychometric tools.   

 

She is committed to developing people to achieve their full potential and fostering excellence within organisations.  As a coach supervisor and coach mentor she is engaged in promoting coaching professionalism and practice through the delivery of coach training and individual coach development. Sheena is a freelance Coach and Careers’ Adviser with Health Education England’s London and South East Professional Support Unit (currently merging with NHS England) where she is predominantly engaged in coaching medics.  She is a lead designer, developer and deliverer of a wide range of coaching-related training programmes offered to Medical Educational Supervisors and Paediatric Returners to practice in the NHS. 

 

She has a long-standing involvement with key talent development initiatives within the Government Communication Service.  She has also had professional coaching-related connections with Charitable Enterprises relating to Adoption, Hospice Care and Mental Health. 

 

She has a particular interest in working with people transitioning key life and career stages and in building personal resilience in those leading or implementing whole-system, transformational change.

 

Sheena Bailey Partnerships Ltd has recently delivered a cost-efficient whole-service coaching initiative within Community Health Services in Tower Hamlets, East London NHS Foundation Trust.  This has resulted in wide-reaching, sustainable service improvements across this highly complex system.  Sheena is committed to service-user co-production, ongoing client liaison and partnership-working as her preferred delivery approaches.
