I am a certified, committed, and goal focused Career, Leadership & Life coach, Executive Search Specialist and Volunteer working in various non-profit organizations in Singapore. 

I enjoy working with individuals in a development role where I am collaborating, guiding, and supporting them in discovering their real potential and thereby setting them up for success. I partner with clients and individuals to navigate risks, explore possibilities, and build their self-awareness. With my coach training based on psychodynamic and psychoanalytic concepts, I understand how our minds work and function and thus what prevents us from moving forward or being the person we want to be. I have successfully guided professionals in the corporate world to lead, think and communicate effectively. I also collaborate with undergraduate and graduate students in guiding them on job search strategies as well as supporting them in developing their leadership skills.

I have a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Counseling followed by an Executive Masters in Change Management. I am also a certified NLP and Hogan Assessment practioner.
