Stephen is an executive coach based in Europe with 25 years of experience as a business professional, primarily in the technology and financial services sector. He has coached leaders across a range of industries and geographies at leading companies including Meta, Cisco Systems, Accenture, Indeed, Google, NetApp, Salesforce, Colgate Palmolive, American Express, Goodyear, and many others. Before becoming a coach, Stephen held various management and leadership roles at companies including Cisco Systems, BNP Paribas-Fortis, AT&T, and CIT. He has extensive international experience, having worked in Europe, Latin America, and North America. In addition to his native English, he speaks Italian to a high level of fluency and also speaks conversational Spanish and French. Since in today’s world most people are paid to think, Stephen focuses on supporting clients to become aware of and improve the quality of their own thinking. He helps clients to quickly recognize patterns, make connections, gain clarity, and identify the best path forward. A facilitator of positive change, he has a knack for raising people’s spirits in the face of uncertainty and risk. His experience, curiosity, and strategic mindset serve his clients as a source of knowledge, ideas, and sound advice. Stephen is an ICF-accredited coach (PCC) and certified in Strengths Coaching and Brain-Based Coaching. He holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. In addition to his work as an executive coach, he speaks at conferences and conducts workshops on the practical applications of neuroscience in coaching and learning.
