Antonie Knoppers
Antonie Knoppers is a coach, trainer, facilitator, guest speaker and actor. He trains individuals and teams on leadership and personal development, presence, communication skills, storytelling and presentation through the company he is the founder of, D&A Trainingen.
He is co-author of the book “Leadership Presence” (Emerald Publishing 2021) that provides a practical guide as to how and why presence in everyday interaction is a vital component of impactful leadership, and wrote “How To Have Effective Zoom Meetings – And Make Them Less Boring” for Forbes magazine (march 2021).
He is adjunct faculty at the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University) and guest faculty at the University of Maastricht and Nyenrode Business University.
Antonie's training sessions are enriched by his working knowledge of theatrical techniques and frameworks. His experience and business school education enable him to approach corporate challenges with a pragmatic, goal-oriented style. His goal is to empower people he works with and bring out the leader in everyone.
Antonie holds a Master’s degree in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University (Summa Cum Laude) and Master’s degree in Fine Arts from the University of San Diego/Old Globe Theatre.
