The Evolution of Coaching:
Learning from the Past, Living in the Present, Leading the Future

EXCLUSIVE IN-PERSON EVENT

September 21-22, 2023

San Diego, CA

We invite you to join the Institute of Coaching and a wonderful team of dedicated IOC Fellows and thought leaders for a two-day gathering to explore the evolution of coaching, learn from the past, live in the present and lead into an exciting future.

Together, we will explore the evolution of coaching as an industry and look towards ways to enhance and inspire more depth in our own coaching process. We will begin with reflections on the history of coaching with guests who have been instrumental in building the core evidence-base on which the current profession of coaching is based, including leadership, health and wellness, career, positive psychology and other domains.

With senior leaders from a variety of industries, thought leaders from a wide range of scientific, psychological and spiritual spheres, we will engage in dialogue about how we can increase our capabilities and skills in a world filled with disruption, where our talents and gifts are needed more than ever.

We are excited to come together in beautiful San Diego for learning, support, and community.
