Sam Isaacson

Sam Isaacson is a thought leader on coaching, with a popular LinkedIn newsletter and several books to his name, most notably editing The AI and Digital Coaches' Handbook, writing two books on the impact of technology on coaching, and contributing the chapter on Internal Coaching to the most recent revision of The Complete Handbook of Coaching.

He is the founder of the Coachtech Collective, a global community of coaches grappling with technology through specialist coach supervision and monthly reports, and works closely with the big coaching professional bodies on the development of thinking around technology and ethics. He is leading EMCC Global's work on updating credentialing to take technology into account.

Sam is co-founder of AIcoach.chat, a tool using AI to make coaching experiences accessible to the 99% who have never had it before, and has experience from big professional services firms and a global digital coaching provider. Sam was Chair of the group that introduced England's biggest coaching qualification, and was the first person to deliver executive coaching in virtual reality. As a coach and consultant he supports individuals and organizations across the planet, with a particular focus on maturing organizational coaching ecosystems and enhancing coaching using technology.
