Krista Noviski

As a health and wellness coach, instructor, and researcher, Krista enjoys working with individuals to pursue vibrancy, wellness, and thriving by connecting mental and physical health to one’s daily practices. For almost 20 years, Krista’s work in health and wellness has ranged from private medical settings to working with hospitalized patients on an acute rehabilitation unit. More recently, her work is focused on working with individuals who are interested in overcoming burnout and taking steps to thrive in their health, relationships, and daily living. In addition to coaching, Krista is an instructor at the University of Toledo, where she teaches sociology and education courses, and conducts research on empathy, relationships (including the doctor/patient and teacher/student relationships), and the lived experience of health care workers, medical students, and medical school faculty.
