The mission of Institute of Coaching is to promote scientific research to empower positive change in the coaching community. We created this Masterclass in resilience to help coaches and individuals learn about resources and techniques to support their mental health during these uncertain times.
The current pandemic has brought adversity at a scale and scope that had seemed unimaginable a short time ago. Resilience is the ability to adapt positively in the face of such adversity. By cultivating resilience, it is possible to navigate our emotions, learn from them, and harness inner resources to adapt and move forward constructively. But what are the best ways to cultivate such resilience? In this MasterClass, we have developed and curated the best resources on this subject. All of the content—made free to the public—is grounded in research and intended to be immediately actionable. Please share widely with your communities and loved ones.
Wishing you strength and resilience, The IOC Team
