As Team Dynamics and Executive Coach, I support managers, teams and organizations to navigate effectively transitions and changes in complex and changing environments. My work involves coaching international individuals and teams with a main focus on developing a coaching approach to leadership, individual and team growth mindset, resilience and collaboration, innovation and creativity, effective communication, multicultural dynamics, DEI and belonging.

Before becoming an Executive Coach, I formed myself in Economics and Business Management with the Bachelor's in Economics from L. Bocconi University and the MBA Master’s Degree from SDA Bocconi and, I developed 25 years of experience in strategy, marketing, customer management and digital for telecom, banking and media corporations as Vodafone and Sky Group. In my leadership roles, I led inter-functional programs for team and talent development, DEI, and organizational and cultural transformation. Along with my experience, I became deeply familiar with the challenges and ambiguities that leaders and teams face while navigating under pressure in highly complex and changing business environments. I developed my passion for the human side of transitions and changes so to turn it into my current professional life.

As Coach, I trained myself in Systems Psychodynamic with the Master's Degree in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD and in Neuroscience with the Executive Program in Neuroscience for Business from MIT Sloan. I own the EMCC EQA and EIA Senior Practitioner Accreditation and I am currently certifying myself as Supervisor for Coaching and Consultancy at the Tavistock Institute in London. My being Yoga Teacher trained in Mindfulness and PQ Mental Fitness Coach also informs my coaching approach. In my coaching practice, I combine the breath of my business experience with the understanding of individuals, groups and organizations from a systems psychodynamic and neuroscientific perspective to support my clients in exploring the hidden dynamics that drive individual and group behaviours to become aware of dysfunctional patterns, develop new perspectives and, long-lasting behavioural changes. Furthermore, as Supervisor for Coaches and Consultants, I support my colleagues in enhancing their practice.

My clients appreciate my easy dialogue and reflective approach, my empathy, great listening, and how I challenge and help them to think out of the box and shift perspectives to translate them into new effective and tangible actions. In supporting my clients to achieve the desired results and impact in the social systems where they work and live, I follow my personal “P3” coaching model: Past, we work on the key learnings from a person’s history and experience; Present, we explore where she/he is now, which challenges and personal ambitions, and how the context can contribute to realizing them; Perspective, we develop new lenses through which looking at the key personal changes to be activated, with which resources, options and possible paths for personal actions

On top of my coaching activities, I collaborate with ValoreD (major Italian association on DEI in business) on DEI projects. I am member of ISPSO International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations, Il Nodo Group Association for the Study of Working Groups and Italy INSEAD Alumni Association where I manage the mentoring program and serve as mentor. I am part of the EMCC Italy community and coach supervisor for EMCC Global and, I am member of the Yoga Alliance.
