Research shows that when an individual’s life and purpose are in alignment, their well-being improves. This is not only a foundation for an authentic and meaningful life, but it could serve as a source for exponential growth of well-being and creativity in society.
Earning her Certified Professional Coach certification from iPEC, Stacey also obtained a certification in Applied Neuroscience and Brain Health from The Neuroscience Academy. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, triple major, in Psychology, Sociology and Crime & Delinquency from the University of Kansas.
Prior to creating her own business, Stacey’s career was in litigation consulting as a Managing Director, a Vice President of Creative Services and a Litigation Consultant. Having worked in both industries, she understands the pressures leaders and high performers face as well as the desire for greater fulfillment in their lives.
As a lifelong learner, Stacey appreciates listening to podcasts or reading books discussing the current research findings in the disciplines of positive psychology, developmental psychology, and industrial organizational psychology. She enjoys spending time outdoors, playing games with her family and connecting with friends.
