Magdalena Nowicka Mook brings experience in fundraising, coaching, and consulting and association management. She is the CEO of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), where she acts as a partner to the ICF's Global Board of Directors.

Magda is an association management professional, trained professional coach and systems’ facilitator. Ms. Mook received her M.S. in Economics and International Trade from the Warsaw School of Economics, Poland. She holds a degree from Copenhagen Business School in International Management and Consulting.

In 2019, Magda was recognized as #1 Coach: Global Influence by Marshall Goldsmith Thinkers50 and was a finalist for the Thinkers50 Distinguished Award in Coaching and Mentoring. In 2021 and 2022, she was recognized as one of Top30 Global Gurus in Organizational Culture. Magda was also recently appointed to the 2022 ASAE Foresight Works Advisory Group.

She is also a member of International Association of Women, ATD and is an advisory member for WIAL and Choice Magazine.
