You are invited to join us on March 5, 2024 at 9:00am CET for the EMEA Café Roundtable, a free monthly, one hour, live virtual meeting with the intention to explore our experience and to connect with each other and ourselves.  This month, we will explore: Coaching Teams in H-3.

What we'll explore:

• How can we support our clients to be happy and effective leaders in times of high uncertainty and pressure?
• What are the greatest challenges that we observe in our clients in terms of followership and leadership?
• How do we experience the new hard challenges our clients share with us while expecting us as their coaches to support them? How can we cope with these challenges?

These monthly Zoom events are an opportunity for coaches to create connections with each other and are hosted by the Institute of Coaching EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Area Roundtable.

Each live virtual meeting will include:

• Brief introduction of the theme for the month
• Small group discussion, exploration, and connection
