Alma is a learning and leadership development professional with 12+ years of experience focusing on learning, talent & leadership development across both public and private sectors. She designs, manages, and delivers leadership development programs in partnership with faculty, coaches, and other learning experts and partners.

As an Executive Coach and advocate for lifelong learning and people development, Alma creates a space for individuals to pause, reflect, and gain clarity to expand their perspectives and connect with new ideas and concepts. Her coaching practice covers a range of areas, including career change, professional transitions, entrepreneurship, self-leadership, navigating change and complexity, leadership resilience, emotional and social intelligence, well-being in the workplace, and inclusive leadership. She has also been exploring the impact of grief on individuals' professional and working identities and the implications for organisations.

Originally from Mexico, Alma now resides in Switzerland and is fluent in Spanish, English, and French, with basic knowledge of Italian. She is passionate about crafting and learning about different cultures.
