Andrea Foot works with organizations, leaders and their teams as a leadership coach. She supports leaders as they work to adapt, survive and thrive in times of economic and global uncertainty. Her work is largely carried out in Oceania, Asia Pacific and Europe.

She brings her many years of practical experience in leading technology organizations together with a system psychodynamic-led coaching perspective. She works with Boards, c-Suite leaders, business owners and their teams, especially in supporting individual progression, senior role transition and organizational change. She has attended Group Relations Conferences, both in-person and virtual, as a member and more recently in a staff role. She is an INSEAD alumni, a member of Group Relations Australia and holds a post-graduate qualification in psychology.
