Andrew was an executive and international business lawyer before becoming a Professional Certified Coach and leadership development consultant. His years as an executive taught him the vital importance of communication and relationship skills in achieving individual effectiveness and organization-wide results.  For over twenty years he has helped new and experienced executives become dynamic leaders of organizations, teams, implementation, and change. He helps them develop the executive mindset they need for improved presence, influence, relationships and effectiveness.

Andrew focuses on the skills leaders need to build and sustain productive relationships with superiors, peers, reports, and other stakeholders. He improves their ability to persuade, build consensus, achieve buy-in, productively deal with conflict, and drive results. He relies on recent findings in neuroscience and proven models of emotional, social and conversational intelligence to help his clients improve results by leading and managing more effectively.

Some of the organizations Andrew has coached in include: Adobe, Edelman, Experian, Farmers Insurance, Genentech, Granite Construction, Herbalife, Hewlett-Packard, KIA, Macerich, Metropolitan Water District, Microsoft, Pacific Life Insurance, Sage North America, Securities & Exchange Commission, Southern California Edison, Sun Microsystems, Taco Bell, Toyota, U.S.P.S., Westfield, Xencor, and Xerox.

Representing these clients gave him a first-hand feel for the complexities and challenges of operating and innovating in fast-paced, emerging world markets. As VP-Legal Affairs for the largest sporting goods wholesaler in the western United States, Andrew was responsible for risk management, compliance and litigation strategy, employment practices, and supervision of in-house and outside counsel.
