Dr Andrew White is an experienced executive coach, teacher and researcher, Andrew's areas of expertise include innovation management and leadership development.
Andrew is the Associate Dean for External Relations at Saïd Business School, Oxford University, and is responsible for leading the flagship Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme.
Andrew has directed and taught on a wide range of executive development programmes, for organisations such as BAE Systems, Lloyd’s Market Association, the Government of Abu Dhabi, Avon Cosmetics, State Farm and IBM. He also regularly contributes to Saïd’s open and accredited programmes focusing on the areas of leadership development, change management and innovation management.
Andrew acts as a consultant to a number of international organisations and has co-authored a review of how information technology will create intelligent infrastructure systems over the next few decades for the British Government's Department of Trade and Industry. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce and is a Scholar with the Advanced Institute of Management Research.
Andrew also obtained his doctorate from the University of Warwick, in addition to an MSc. (with distinction). He joined Saïd Business School as Fellow in Strategic Management, in 2006.
Alongside his current role at the School, Andrew is a Fellow of Green Templeton College at the University of Oxford.
