Twenty years of corporate experience and four years as an entrepreneur.  -    Executive Coach & Management Consultant (Business Risk and Strategy).In addition to my professional work I also am a keen agriculturist and manage a small farm growing Coffee, Coco and Pepper. Having been a business leader myself, I have had hands-on experience in the human and emotional side of managing large and diverse teams. As a coach, I work with executives across geographies, domains and experiences ranging from first time managers to senior business leaders, helping them elevate there Leadership Presence by cultivating a growth mindset driven by strategic thinking. 

Currently, founder of a Leadership Coaching and Management Consulting firm.  I have dedicated the last four years towards coaching and supporting young managers, emerging leaders and seasoned professionals thrive in a complex and rapidly changing environment. 

Twenty years as a corporate professional, having led Business units in global banks that include ICICI Bank, Citi Bank and HSBC Bank in the capacity of Director and Business Head. Having spent two decades working closely with business owners, start-up entrepreneurs and key decision makers in large corporations to help them define and build businesses, I now carry forward my learnings, to create significant value to organisations by helping them execute a bold strategic direction aligned with their values and corporate vision.

Hobbies and Interests :
A keen Gardner, Student of classical Guitar, Tinkerer at heart , an avid motorcyclist and traveler. .
