Becky Kux is a certified coach and advisor working with founders, senior leaders and their teams at fast-growing companies globally. With 10+ years of experience as an operator, founder, and investor within the APAC tech ecosystem, she is passionate about helping creators get clarity on their authentic leadership essence. 

She has worked with clients including first-time and serial founders, industry thought-leaders and senior leaders at private and publicly-traded companies across APAC, hundreds backed by leading global early-stage investors, including 500 Startups. She supports individuals and teams in both business and life challenges alike through 1-1 and group coaching, startup advisory, workshop facilitation, and speaking engagements, helping them to move through complexity and challenge with more agility and ease. 

She is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach© (CPCC), and is an Agile Certified Professional. She is also a Positive Intelligence® Mental Fitness Coach and holds an Associate Diploma in Piano Performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music from her native Toronto, Canada. 

She actively contributes to the IOC's Asia Pacific efforts by helping to organize roundtable discussions and expert-led webinars, helping to promote Asian authors on the globally.
