As a former senior communications executive at a family-owned global hospitality company, Brooke and
her team were responsible for the communications to over 600 hotels and resorts as well as 15 corporate offices
worldwide. Brooke’s experience also draws from her background in sales and marketing at the Meredith
Corporation and Kimpton Hotels, as well as working alongside renowned DE&I consultant Laura Stone.
Having lived in Europe, Asia and across the United States enables her to support teams
and leaders to adopt a more effective and empathetic line of communication, establishing greater trust
and empowered decision-making. Her work with leaders has resulted in improvements in productivity,
leadership effectiveness and work/life balance.
Certified by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and by the Co-
Active Training Institute as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Brooke is also trained in the
Positive Intelligence program under Shirzad Charmine, a neuroscience-based program that increases
performance and well-being through mental fitness. She is certified in both Decision Dynamic's StyleView and Sure People's Prism, two
powerful leadership assessment and development tools.
