Cellene is an executive coach, dividing her time between Europe and USA. She understands what it is to be an expatriate, living and working across different cultures. And understands what it is to be a Founder and CEO having recently started a new venture coaching company KokuaHub Inc. delivering virtual coaching-at scale.

As a former VP Business Development and member of the Executive Board, she capitalizes upon her C-suite experience, coaching senior management and their teams across various industries and cultures, making a sustainable difference to their organizations.

Specific experience of coaching Cellene has worked as a coach for almost 15 years with C-suite clients, including senior teams, focusing on expanding awareness, leadership capabilities, interpersonal skills, shifting conflict into productive relationships, cultural diversity and business development.

Cellene has over 25 years’ experience in both private and public sectors as diverse as pharmaceuticals, health, financial & Tech services, and entertainment. She has worked as a manager, senior executive and Board Director in varied business environments and countries (Australia, Asia, Europe & USA). As background, Cellene was raised in the Netherlands, with further education in Sydney, where she obtained her BSc. and MBA. She is multi-lingual in Dutch, English, German and French.

My approach to coaching I am a deep believer in health and wellbeing and have learned that the best organizations also reflect this value. Wellbeing = energy. And good energy is simply the capacity to do good work.
