She has been coaching for two years, for both individuals and groups. Donna has completed coursework on stress management, organizational coaching, health psychology, and wellbeing. Coaching topics Donna has experience with include: transitions, time management, procrastination, wellbeing/stress management, career change, and business start-up. Outcomes coachees have experienced from sessions include meaning-making, increased motivation, self-awareness, and creativity. Donna is a detective of information, able to piece together details and make connections, which are provided as feedback to coachees. Positive psychology interventions such as mindfulness, strengths, and gratitude are applied when relevant. Other methods and/ or techniques are used such as embodiment and music. Questions asked in sessions focus on the coachee's "preferred future", "dreaded future", and "resourceful past". During sessions, Donna's curiosity keeps her engaged and present with the coachee.
