I am a clinical psychologist passionate about change! I think positive change is contagious and can be intentionally leveraged to move toward momentum in manageable steps, at the speed of real human experience.  As a health psychologist, I am excited to work at the intersection of psychological application of insight, whether in forensic or business consulting, or direct clinical practice with mind-body medicine.  I am honored to work with individuals and organizations to translate their intentions into both cognitive and behavioral goals that can help us manifest outcomes we desire, but in ways we can actually achieve.  Performance can be made much more impactful when leveraging insights from neuroscience and behavioral science, and I am appreciative of the opportunity to join colleagues from the Harvard/McLean community and the Insitute of Coaching in this endeavor.
