Janet Miller Evans is the Founder & CEO of Entevos, a certified woman and minority small business providing international coaching and consulting services.  Following her passion for guiding others on their professional and personal growth journeys, Janet assists her clients to unleash untapped areas of their potential. Janet provides coaching, leadership, employee development, and DEIB training services to businesses, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, executives, and private clients. Her clients reside in the US, Canada, Europe, MENA, and Africa. To date, Coachees have originated or lived in 40 countries. Some business clients include Blue Shield of California, Workday, Chief, and UN NGO organizations. Janet is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with International Coach Federation, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching (MGSCC), diversity, equity, and inclusion (Northwestern University), Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach and Assessor (EQCC) with Six Seconds, certified team coach (ITCA) with Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI), and The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).  She also holds certifications in psychological safety (LeaderFactor), positive intelligence.  Her business experience includes leadership roles with P&L, sales & marketing, and operations responsibilities for four Fortune 100 companies and other industry leaders.

Janet is an Advisory Board Member for Oji Learning Labs. She is an official member of the Forbes Coaches Council and a featured expert panelist. She volunteers and serves as the Vice President of the International Coach Federation San Francisco Bay Area Chapter and as Leadership Coach for How Women Lead/ Women Leaders for the World Program.  Memberships include The Commonwealth Club, Oakland African American Chamber of Commerce, and the Links, Inc. Janet held the position of Adjunct Professor, Professional Studies for National University. Previously, Janet served as an appointed member of the inaugural Alamo, California Municipal Advisory Council.
