As co-founder and Managing Director of xLEAD, Jason provides strategic direction while managing business development and day-to-day operations of the company.

Jason brings over 25 years of business development and management experience within the fields of enterprise software and team collaboration. From Global 500’s to start-ups, Jason has worked with companies around the globe including Cisco Systems (through an acquisition of a previous company he co-founded), Accenture, Allianz, Amazon, Carrefour, CBS, Convergys, Corning, M&M Mars, National Geographic and United Healthcare.

Prior to xLEAD, Jason co-founded a New York-based software company where he was responsible for managing and cultivating the company’s partner relationships, leading to its acquisition by Cisco Systems. Additionally, Jason led the company’s product development team of software engineers, directed all professional service engagements, and headed efforts across multiple business functions – from Finance and Accounting, to Legal and Human Resources. Following the company’s acquisition, Jason was responsible for business development within Cisco’s Collaboration Technology Group, building and managing partner relationships and programs for Cisco.

Prior to Cisco, Jason led various teams at Accenture, where he developed and deployed large-scale enterprise software implementations for Global 500 companies in the U.S. and abroad.

Jason also served several years on the board of trustees of the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music as treasurer, Finance Committee chair, and member of the Executive Committee, and currently serves in the same positions on the board of trustees of the Universal Preservation Hall in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Jason is passionate about leadership, collaboration, and technology in an entrepreneurial context. He strives to utilize these passions to bridge geographies, positively impact cultures, and enhance human interactions in a local setting and with a global reach.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD.
