Jon Erik Haug is Senior External Advisor with McKinsey & Company’s Organization Practice.  He has held several leadership positions in Telenor Norway, CMO in Telenor Sweden, CEO in Telenor Denmark and from 2012 through 2017 served as Executive Vice President and Head of Group People at Telenor Group.  His responsibility included global HR, leadership of comprehensive organizational changes of the Telenor Group and management of the Board Committee for People and Corporate Governance. Prior to Telenor he worked as Client Executive for IBM, leading to 30 years of experience form the ICT Industry.   He holds a MSc in business from BI Norwegian Business School, a MBA from IMD and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.  His role as advisor covers digital transformations, leadership development, change management, HR strategy, organizational development,  talent management, performance management, efficiency programs, boards and crisis management. He completed also works as a business coach for individuals and teams and he completed the Meyler Campbell Mastered programme in 2018, and have since then coached more than 5o business leaders.
