I am a professional, certified coach through the International Coach Federation. I have a Bachelors Degree with a major in Microbiology and a minor in English. I have worked in the corporate world for many years, predominantly as a training professional, people manager, and leadership development expert. I have learned a lot about what it takes to be a great leader and believe that a lot of it comes down to communication. I have had a great deal of experience and success in developing leaders, both within their role, and transitioning into new roles. I love helping leaders develop themselves so that they remain fulfilled in their career. I also enjoy helping leaders become better communicators, so that they can have the impact they are looking for on their teams.
