He has traveled to and worked with individuals and organizations in over 63 countries on all seven continents in a multicultural array of top corporations and outfits. It’s from this experience that Mike can coach his clients to identify their growth opportunities and bridge their gaps. 

Mike also offers "adventure coaching" in the form of his Alaskan Leadership Adventures where his clients join him in the bush of Alaska for backcountry expeditions.
