Patti Feeney, MSM, ACC is an Executive Leadership Coach and Leadership Development Consultant. Patti’s nearly 25 years of  professional experience is grounded in the foundation of human resources, organizational development, change management, and process improvement. As a consultant, adult educator, and leadership coach, Patti assists organizations and healthcare leaders and professionals to understand the methods to drive organizational change. Patti teaches facilitation, team development, and effective communication strategies to increase the level of adaptability and vigor in teams, effectively navigate change, implement innovation, and make sustainable transformation.

Patti earned her Masters of Science degree in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Central Connecticut State University. Patti is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a certified Microsystems Coach through The Dartmouth Institute.
