Patti Feeney, MS is a Leadership Coach and leads learning and consulting at the Weitzman Institute; the research, innovation and education arm of Community Health Center, Inc. in Middletown, Connecticut. Patti's background includes over 20 years of leadership and professional development and 10 years in the area of quality improvement education and consultation. She has an extensive background in leading quality improvement initiatives and teaching QI strategies for effective process implementation at Community Health Center, Inc. and for organizations across the country. As an experienced coach and trainer, Patti also assists organizations and professionals to achieve positive and lasting change by providing tools and methods in order to define and reach goals, navigate strategies for effective communication, resolve conflict, develop high performing teams and implement sustainable change.

Patti holds a Masters of Science degree in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Central Connecticut State University and received coaching certification from the Life Purpose Institute and Dartmouth Institute and is currently pursuing an Associate Coach Certification through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
