Taruna coaches mid to senior level leaders, women leaders, women entrepreneurs and youth to be their best authentic self. She also designs and facilitates programs related to Diversity & Inclusion, Inclusive Leadership, Personal Development programs for women and youth and Certification Programs for Coaches and Mentors.
Taruna is striving to build a Coaching Culture in the Education Sector. She works with High School students to build resilience, agility and innovation, living from a place of strengths and focussing on mental well being.
Taruna hosts her talk-show Wide Angle Conversations – DEI Talks, creating a space for meaningful dialogue on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, raising awareness about its importance and bringing the best-practices and insights from DEI & HR practitioners and champions from across Asia.
Taruna has a deep interest in research and has led a Coaching Research studies for Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches. – The 5th Coaching Survey, an Asia Coaching Benchmark study covering 6 markets, and The Future of Coaching in Asia Pacific research study.
